At FoxFiber, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ve made our 7-day Return & Exchange Policy simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
  • Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for:
    • Innerwear, boxers, vests, or socks (hygiene reasons).
    • Discounted or final-sale items.
    • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product defects.
  • First exchange is free of cost.
  • If you request a second exchange for the same order, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  • Products can only be exchanged once. An exchanged order cannot be returned.

3. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong size, or incorrect product delivered.
  • If eligible, you can request a return through your account on our website or by contacting us at support@trendsmap.in with order details and images of the product.
  • Returns are subject to quality check at our warehouse. If the product fails QC (worn, washed, or missing tags), the request will be rejected.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes QC.
  • Refund timelines:
    • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
    • COD Orders → Refunded via bank transfer or Razorpay payout link.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:
  • Do not accept tampered/open parcels.
  • Contact us immediately at support@trendsmap.in with images of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup and provide a replacement or refund.

6. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • Reverse pickups are arranged through our logistics partners, subject to serviceable pin codes.
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may need to self-ship the item to our warehouse. Shipping costs for self-shipping are non-refundable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your bank/payment provider (sometimes it takes additional processing time).
  • If still unresolved, write to us at support@trendsmap.in.

8. Policy Updates

  • FoxFiber reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
